There are several options for both. Independent Living usually refers to a Community that offers spacious apartments ranging from Studios up to 2 or 3 Bedrooms. Typically one, two or three meals a day are offered along with housekeeping services and formalized sctivities programs and bus transportation. They are similar to regular apartments but cater to those Seniors aged 60 or over. Assisted Living refers to apartment living with 24/7 in house care for those Seniors in need of assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Yes, if agreed upon by the Client and Senior Referral Services, Client will enter into an agreement for professional placement services. This agreement will end upon move in to the Community of choice by the Client that has been vetted by Senior Referral Services. Client pays a percentage of the Monthly Service Fee of the Community. The Community agrees to accept a partial payment the first month of move in so not to double charge the Resident. If the Client does not like their new facility after a couple of months, Senior Referral Services will assist the Client in finding a new Facility at no additional cost.
